The Type 97-R (Romeo) Cosmo Hawk is a heavily armed variant of the current Cosmo seagull in service, easily upgraded from the base model, it has a dedicated role in Anti-Surface warfare, Anti-Submarine warfare and tracking , Air-ground Fire support, Anti-Spaceship warfare and Armed reconnaissance and surveillance. It can either supplement or replace its unarmed brother in most seagoing and space vessels in the Navy.

SPECIFICATIONS

The Cosmo Hawk replaces its transport modules with a magazine of 4 heavy anti ship missiles (H-ASM) along with 8 space-sea sonar buoys, an Underside Radar-Sonar bulge is installed under its belly to provide additional equipment to aid in tracking surface, sub-surface and space contacts. Its chin houses a powerful 20mm rotary autocannon to provide fire support and self defense while its landing gear nacelles are equipped with external hardpoints for future torpedo mounts (limiting the aircraft to atmospheric sorties). To cope with all the additional weapons, the cabin has been upgraded to add an additional Radar operator and Weapons officer station. increasing the crew size from 2 to 4 men.
Flight performance has stayed the same as its base model allowing pilots to easily transition between variants.

Takeoff Procedures
1. Engage engines (AG1) and throttle up to 34%, ascend to 200m while applying pitch input to level aircraft, afterwards, sweep wings all the way forward and then disengage Gyroscope (AG8). apply trim as necessary to keep aircraft level.

Landing Procedures
reduce engine output to 20%, Engage Gyroscope and sweep wings to vertical. increase engine output to 28% allowing the aircraft to decend until 50m from the ground. apply thrust as needed to make a soft landing, once touchdown, cut all engine power and apply brakes.
