The Lynch X1-20 was a big step in nuclear bombers. Wright airforce needed a new bomber in the 1970s because there ageing LynchX1-8s and Lynch X1-9s were getting hard to repare. Then in 1974 Lynch X showed there Lynch X1-20 and word got out to wright airforce. Wright airforce signed a contract and bought 100 of them. They still opereate to this day, wright airforce operates 60 now.
