Auto Credit Based on AntonWings's Vought F4U-1D "Corsair"
Welp, I've decided I posted Jesse Brown's Corsair and I might as well repaint the Corsair a couple more times, in this case the style of Richard Francisco
I could barely find information at all on Richard Francisco, but I did discover he named his Corsair "Miss Penny" after a squadron mate's 3 year old daughter who was suffering from polio
The squadron mate later went MIA during a mission over Korea
The F4U-6 or AU-1 variant of the Corsair was developed as a ground attack variant of the F4U-5
The AU-1 featured reinforced armor and an engine replacement for low altitude missions contrary to the F4U-5 being best utilized at higher altitudes
