A Working Bolt Action Rifle
Yeah, its kinda fidgety, but its working. I mean, it shoots both bullets and works right. This isnt my final version and i will include more info about the gun itself in the real post. Also i will make 3 bullets instead of 2.
How it works: (If anything breaks, glitches, or spazzes out, restart and try again)
Step 1: VTOL and TRIM forward to pull back action and move bullet into chamber. Don’t pull TRIM back or it might break anything.
Step 2: Pull only VTOL back slowly to push the bullet fully into the chamber. If it gets stuck or glitches push VTOL forward a little so the bolt action isn’t touching the bullet, let the bullet settle, and pull VTOL back again. Don’t touch trim until VTOL is fully forward. (Optional) If you want you can pull TRIM back to the middle again to have a more realistic working gun. You don’t have to though.
Step 3: Act. 1 to fire bullet. If it explodes, restart and try again. Act. 1 should also activate a magnet that is for next step.
Step 4: The magnet activated from Act. 1 should connect to the bullet, pulling it back using VTOL. Move the shell using VTOL back to the middle of the hole for a ejection. Once it is in the middle of the hole, use Act. 2 to eject the shell and disable Act. 1. If the shell gets stuck in the gun, restart.
Step 5-the rest: Once the shell is ejected, to load another bullet, push forward VTOL fully and Act. 3 and TRIM forward to push new bullet up.
Repeat steps 1-4 to fire another bullet. But instead of firing the bullet with Act. 1, use Act. 4, and eject using Act. 5
Once all steps are complete you have fully used a bolt action rifle in SP.
I’m very sorry if you have to restart multiple times, like I said, it’s kinda tedious.
Also comment what you think can be improved and what you like etc. but I will work to make this easier to use in the future. Thank you!

If you want, you can ignore this, but a slightly upgraded and easier to use version. @SnoWFLakE0s
Ya I also am legal. Haha if I wasn’t that wouldn’t be good. Anyway thanks! I’ll try to remember to tag you! @Thelegitpilot13
I like guns too, but I don’t own any. I plan on having a few in the future (legally, of course). That, and a tank XD
@Natedog120705 please do! I’d love to help you out!
Also I’ll wait for the other guys’ feedback. You can go on. Btw would you want me to tag you in the real post? It’s fone if you don’t tho. @Thelegitpilot13
Ya lol. I love guns in real life, but I’m not that good at manufacturing one in a game. @Thelegitpilot13
@Natedog120705 good luck with that. And true, but I work better with aircraft, not guns. Obviously, lol.
Ya it’s fine, simpleplanes physics sometimes gets to me. While having some of the most realistic physics flying and aeronautics wise, the “part-to-part” physics is pretty bad. I love this game though. But anyways I’ll try your recommendation and I’ll try making the slope less steep, but honestly there’s not much to guns. Just something called a bolt action pushing a cartridge into a chamber and exploding. @Thelegitpilot13
I’m not sure, I’m not a guy who works with guns. Though making the slope less steep could possibly fix it. @Natedog120705
Ok, the main problem for me for loading is the bullet falls a little because the front is t supported by the bullet below. It gets stuck on the slanted thing that pushes up the shells into the chamber. I have no idea how to fix this, because the only way I think I could fix this is I could put a platform under the first bullet but the I couldn’t get the second bullet back up. Any thoughts? @Thelegitpilot13
@Natedog120705 Take your time. Loading I’ve done that, too. Sometimes, albeit rarely, it does break even with trying to fix it, likely because the bullet gets twisted.
The pistons for loading are in the butt of the stock. They are set to 55% or 50% and it usually works for me. One second I will see if I can fix it. @Thelegitpilot13
Huh, I’m surprised that the loading is having problems. I expected the ejecting though. I have no idea why but it hits something, but there’s nothing in the way to hit when ejecting. Also I am working on how the bullet gets stuck on, for loading, just pull the bolt back a little and push it forward. That should fix it, but if it doesn’t then just retry. @Thelegitpilot13
@Natedog120705 Ejecting seems to be the biggest issue, as well as loading. The bullet either doesn’t come up far enough, or is skewed to the side and breaks the bolt.
Tell me everything, after all, I am doing this for “community feedback” so please to help me you don’t worry about being mean o anything. @Thelegitpilot13
Ya, what is the exact problem your having with the second bullet? Loading, firing, or ejecting, or otherwise? Is it the ejecting with the first bullet? @Thelegitpilot13
@Natedog120705 Seems good, I can get the first bullet to work, but after that it’s a bit iffy. I know you detailed this, but I just wanted to confirm it.
@Plane66373637 @Thelegitpilot13 @TheMitsuboshiBoi
Here it is, you guys are the only three I chose, I know I said five but only you guys wanted to. Kinda tedious but I explained in detail.
