A fictional but simple, lightwheight interceptor designed by Grumman to intercept long range bombers and exceed most fighters in performance with speed and climb rate. Designed to turn better at lower speeds, the XC-35 can dogfight very well too. Equipped with fictional 20mm cannons and 12.7mm browning machine guns, the XC-35 does not lack in offensive weaponry. It is capable of both interception of air targets, and is equally as good at ground strike. However, the aircraft is rocket powered, so you don’t have controllable thrust, but this allows you to boom and zoom with ease and efficiency. You can activate the rockets by firing them in the air to ground weapon selection.
