for Long Distance challenge throttle up to 50% on take off throttle back to 25% hold steady and glide to victory. For short landing challenge throttle to 25% hold at about 150 mph fly just above the deck and smash the breaks just right so that you touch the deck at 100 mph or less, any faster and you'll slide off the front end of the deck. I was able to land with 25% of runway remaining and I made it 1500 feet long distance.
