My version of the Osprey, the Smolin is capable of both vertical and horizontal takeoffs and landings.

Operating the Smolin is simple.

If you're going to takeoff horizontally, do as you would in any normal plane.

If you're going to takeoff vertically, rotate the engine by pulling the VTOL all the way down and push the power all the way up. Take note that in order to fly to your destination you will need to set the engines in their original or slightly inclined position.
