I've been messing around with the TIE Sorta on and off and this is how far it has come.
Looks more like a TIE Fighter now. As my building skills advance, it will probably slowly transform into a 'real' looking one.
Has all of the same problems getting off the ground as the Tie Sorta (accelerate slowly folks and wait for the bump!) but flies a little slower and turns a little better.
Firepower has been upgraded by placing Heavy Machine Guns inside the Gatling Guns giving a pretty much constant stream of fire.
Will take off from pretty much anywhere and will fly up a little if left to it's own devices.
Note that if it gets out of control it is possible to recover, but only if you have enough height.
How to recover: Power off and try to get it to dive.
Once it is diving, you should be able to roll out of it, add power and pull up. Does not always work.
