8.9 years ago
Originally developed as a testbed for new avionics and weapons, the X-31 Budgie III became popular as a trainer jet and then ultimately caught the attention of the Yassian Miltary for its potential for a nighttime attacker with its silent engine and spectacular manuverability, before the aircraft's future came into full fruition, its production was halted by plans for a faster aircraft that would take the role as both an AWACS and multirole program, although no unclassified aircraft is archived in the Yassian Defense Administation, the Budgie III is still put on hold as a night attacker.
