@SGTBIO however, I have seen a couple of examples where people who are old enough have made accounts and allowed younger users to upload to them. As far as I'm aware, that's okay. If you're willing to take responsibility for his account, you can do that, but only if that's something you're happy with.

@SGTBIO I'm afraid I do actually need to ban his account. I'm very sorry about that, but Jundroo is legally required to ensure that anyway under 13 doesn't have an account.
