Hello! Its been a while since i last uploaded on here so here it is. In the past ive never really tried to make anything remotely close to a plane so i built a drone. Origilnaly i built this with propellers but after some testing i found it wasnt the best option as i wanted to be able to have an insane payload from a relativley small machine. I ended up testing jet engines which ended quite well and as of now ive been able to comfortably carry 100,000kg worth of dead weight as well as the 11,000 the rig weighs. Also props couldnt reach the speeds i wanted to as they capped at about 500-600kph so the swich to jets came with top speeds of 2,000+ kph plus the automatic turret can still fire accurately from those speeds at both ground and air subjects. I have tested adding power multiplyers to the jests and managed to reach 4,500kph. Hope you enjoy this build i hope to build more flight focused build in the future.
