Tupolev Tu-124V "Cookpot" Interflug
The Tupolev Tu-124V “Cookpot” was a Soviet twin-engine turbofan airliner that served from the 1960s to the 1980s. It was the first successful turbofan airliner, and with a capacity of 56 passengers made quite the regional airliner. While the the type did not receive very many orders (orders were put out more for the Tu-134), it was still a pretty decent airliner for its time. The Tu-124 is famous for the Neva river ditching in Leningrad, the first water landing in a jet aircraft after the aircraft’s nose wheel would not extend. The aircraft then ran out of fuel after staying in a holding pattern for too long. All aboard survived (beat that, Captain Sully). This version features realistic weight (82,000lbs), and realistic thrust physics and top speed. It can land on every runway but Bandit, and can take off from all runways.

Nice detailing!
The black smoke must be the spirit of old airliner.
@asteroidbook345
funny, the black smoke from the kerosene mega cool idea. - I could have installed it, too bad I have already released my G.91 ... - too bad there is no way to version the published models.
maybe there will be a useful update from "Andrew" .. :)
great beauty nostalgic work!!
Hmm interesting. I'm gonna have to search that clip on yt!@asteroidbook345
Lol I just read you philosophy. I actually laughed at that one. Did Michael Scott really say that? I don't recall that moment.@asteroidbook345
Damn this is beautiful! I love these old Soviet airliners
@asteroidbook345 There are like 2 or 3 of them still flying back then but I'm pretty sure none of them is flying today..
It looks awesome
and I still remember the terrible experience in this remarkably terrible plane in Belarus back in 2009..
its One thing worth, A russian dance
