PL-77 “RIDDLER” LORE

In 1948, a year after the Jordia War started, they needed airplanes to capture information about the enemy. The government wanted Platnium Industries, one of the most successful civil aircraft manufacturers to make an aircraft to fit that role. The PL-77 K7-8391 started production on June 29, 1948 and was delivered on August 15, 1948. The first flight was very successful and the PL-77 had 18,101 orders and 9,998 deliveries by the end of 1966, the year the PL-77 stopped production. On March 7, 2020, the first prototype was sold to Jimmy Harver, owner of Jimmy Harver General Aviation Airport. The PL-77 is still used as a trainer and private aircraft.
