Auto Credit Based on karlosdarkness's Vintage Naval Strike Aircraft
A modified version of the VNSA (I'm going to call her VaNeSsA (Vanessa) for future use I think) now with wings that fold/unfold quicker and a slightly lengthened fuselage moving the COL back about a meter, stability issues are reduced and you shouldn't have to wait long before powering off down the runway. Again constructive criticism more than welcome and if you think it's worthy of rating please do.
Too all those that have downloaded and not commented or rated can I please ask for feedback, 750+ downloads and only 15 comments, if you have a problem I would like to hear about it so I can try and fix it, if you liked it an acknowledgement would be nice this plane took about half my Sunday to get flying.

17.4k karlosdarkness@gorz92 perfectly fine to prefer the layout of this one, other than the torpedo which I have to say isn't my own work I prefer the looks of this one, maybe I will build a 1.13 with the longer front legs, the forward cockpit, the torpedo and rockets.9.4 years ago

17.4k karlosdarkness@Hypnoticchicken you don't by any chance have a video of this wing flexing issue that you are the first to mention? Would be most helpful to see as its 99% structural wings so finding anything flimsy would help. I'm more than happy to add more fuel in the form of drop tanks on a subsequent versions. Five bladed props aren't exactly uncommon, you would have found a mkXIV Spitfire for example wearing a five bladed rotor prop in early 1943. As for the cockpit perhaps your right, I will have a look at the aesthetics of moving it back to a mix wing mount in a later variant. You see I asked for feedback and listen.....9.4 years ago

17.4k karlosdarknessAnyone else having issues with floppy wings? Or low fuel? I'm able to visit both carriers and airfields with fuel in reserve.9.4 years ago
-
9,624 HypnoticChickenAlright, it flys, floppy wings, low fuel, and it doesn't look old, the old ones had the cockpit back farther, I think this looks like a modern carrier plane. Plus, five bladed props were not conventional then.9.4 years ago

17.4k karlosdarkness@Viper28 oh and thanks for the rating.9.4 years ago

17.4k karlosdarkness@Viper28 I am about 70% sure that the gear sets came from @WalrusAircraft and it's a mix and match of his tricycle and taildrager landing gear. I flipped and rotated the gear, uncliped the wheels and spread the struts out to become wings again.9.4 years ago

29.2k Viper28How did you get the wings like that9.4 years ago
