Realistic Christie Suspension (Proof-of-Concept)
Hello all,
Snow back here today. Normally I will never post WIP of Proof-of-concepts to public (I believe they needlessly clutter the site when browsing for cool stuff) but I just thought this was way too cool to pass up sharing. I was experimenting with different things and came across a gif of a Christie suspension, so I decided to try and replicate it. I don’t think a faithful replication has been made before in SP… or is it? Surprisingly, the system work way better than what I anticipated. Well, here goes…
Controls
-Throttle to about 50%
-Use YAW to turn
Go try it out, maybe try the same system on your builds. It’s extremely durable for some reason, and also deals with shock pretty damn well. Besides, the way it adapts to the terrain just gives me… a mechanical bone. (heh.)
GIFS:
Normal bumpy terrain
Some harsh terrain
Have fun, as always.
I guess this acts as a trailer as well, then?

Thank you.
Now this is something Simpletanks could use on his comet tank! That would make it very realistic.
Nice. Without a doubt you are a master of technicality.
Very awesome.
