High performance Glider with Cockpit
This Glider is my first build that has a functional cockpit. The glider features custom airbrakes, an all-moving elevator, which was used on al lot of high performance gliders during the 80's
It was surprisingly hard to get everything to move the way it should at the same time XD. I really like the way the cockpit turned out, although I couldn't get the stick to make the pitch movement. If anyone knows how to fix this feel free to try.
I think the wings are quite beautiful, they almost have an elliptic shape.
I hope you have fun with it!
I'm working on a FES version (with engine) which i'll probably post tomorrow or sunday. Have a nice weekend!
VTOL= flaps
Trim= Trim
2= brake parachute. Real gliders like the Janus A and ASW-12 have a brake parachute to land on smaller fields.
