First of all. Thanks to @Mkenz for making this my most mental colour scheme yet......
This is the "B-SPEC" of my previous "Phoebe". It's not just a minor facelift - This sister is a whole lot of different. The biggest change is that I've upgraded the " Spiraltron" - now more spirally. All the wings have been altered as well as much more attention to her looks. hope you guys enjoy - please do feedback!
