Venture Aeronautics Project F610 "Blue Jay"
This aircraft does not use any gyroscopes or VTOL engines. The aircraft must be manually controlled/stabilized by the pilot in VTOL mode.
Overview: the F610 "Blue Jay" is a supersonic VTOL strike-fighter. It carries a heavy load of Air-To-Ground weapons, as well as Air-To-Air weapons. The aircraft achieves vertical lift through thrust vectoring on the main engine, and a second turbofan engine in the front of the aircraft. The aircraft achieves VTOL control through 6 RCN control jets, that provide Pitch, Roll, and Yaw control.
FLIGHT CHARACTERISTICS
Maximum Airspeed (TAS): 900mph, 1448kph, 782knots.
Maximum Altitude: 50,000ft, 15,240m.
Takeoff Airspeed (IAS)(50% Power)(Full Load): ~190mph, ~306kph, ~165knots.
Landing Airspeed (IAS)(Full Load): ~185mph, ~298kph, ~161knots.
VTOL Takeoff Power (Full Load): 50%.
Controls: Activate1: VTOL Mode. Activate2: Engine Booster. Activate3: Weapons Activation. Activate4: Jettison ATG Weapons. Activate5: Jettison ATA Weapons.
To transition to forward flight from vertical flight, angle the aircraft forward, adjust throttle as necessary, and wait for the airspeed to reach takeoff airspeed. Once takeoff airspeed is achieved, reduce throttle to 0%, deactivate VTOL mode, then throttle up to 100% power.
To transition to vertical flight from forward flight, reduce throttle to 0%, and activate VTOL mode. Slow down the aircraft by pitching up, and adjust throttle as necessary (for lift control). Reduce power until the aircraft is in a slow descent.
NOTES
- The aircraft is fairly stable in VTOL mode. However, the aircraft requires constant control input during VTOL mode to maintain desired direction, altitude, and airspeed.
- The engine booster is required for supersonic speeds in level flight.
- The engine booster only works if VTOL mode is off, Activate2 is on, and throttle is at 100%.
- The aircraft can achieve low supersonic flight. However, due to the aircraft's higher weight and single-engine configuration, acceleration to such speeds can be a bit slow.
- The takeoff/landing characteristics change depending on fuel load and weapons payload.
- While performing a vertical landing, it is best to keep the aircraft as level as possible to ensure a smooth landing.

@MrCOPTY That's okay.
@TheFlightGuySP Sorry I Don't See This Because I Don't Play The Game For 3 Days, Anywhere U Got Upvote For Copty
@IceCraftGaming Thanks! It's certainly one of my best builds to date.
Nice! I like the concept and the way it was put together!
@Echostar Thanks!
