Brief Information

A development of the Yakran I152 Aircraft, under the designation HF152. The nose of the aircraft was modified to house a heavier cannon, a different pair of engines were used and the cowling revised to permit better cooling, airbrakes were added on the wings, and a tailhook was added for wire-arrested landings. The wings were extended and the wing armament changed to try to maintain its wing loading from the previous variants, which this variant's weight was increased. The wings were given folding wingtips for increased ease of storage.

The resulting aircraft was a faster, heavier version of the I/HF152 A1. The standard armament being a heavier, low-velocity aircraft cannon and reduced machinegun armament.

Planned Operation

Although the Yakran 152 A1 was already submitted for Alpine's competiton, the A3 variant were to be submitted as a heavy fighter. Other than that, it wasn't used by other military groups yet.

Please keep in mind of the cannon shell, it has been fitted with time fuzes that explode at a certain distance. You can modify it in xml if you want to switch the fuzes.
