The MC-500 saw its first active deployment in 2003 during Operation Warring Fraction, where it played a key role in delivering humanitarian aid and ammunition to militants fighting the Zakharia regime in the Middle East. Despite its age, the MC-500 remains in active service with the Royal Eldorian Air Force, though only 10 aircraft are still operational, all stationed at St. Morino Air Base, nicknamed "Diamond."
