Originally meant to be a fighter, the Falhart Salamander was built for the Tristian Government, and tested at Wright Island, where it initially was inducted. War with The Kraka (of Krakabloa) gave modifications to the Mig-15 with Ground Attack Guns, and an Arresting Hook for the Navy. This variant was piloted by John Spojek, a Snowstone defect who shot down 6 enemy planes. His plane was the first in his squadron to undergo the Kraka War changes.
