USS Ticonderoga
Based on EternalDarkness' Dragon-class. The USS Ticonderoga was the lead ship in it's class, based on the Spruance-class Destroyer's hull. It was the first ship to be equipped with the then cutting-edge Aegis radar system. Named for Zeus' shield, the Aegis cruisers were designed to fill a similar role for strikegroups. Capable of tracking up to 8,023 individual contacts simultaneously, it was the ultimate defense against the mass Soviet missile attacks that were envisioned to as the primary threat to ships at the time. Armed with 2x 5in Naval Guns, 4x Sea Sparrow SAMs, 10x Harpoon Surface-to-Surface missiles, and two 20mm Vulcan Phalanx CIWS. AG1 for the Naval Guns. AG2 to activate the Fire Direction Center and missile launcher elevation (trim) and traverse (VTOL). AG3 for the forward-firing SAMs and SSMs. AG4 for the aft-firing SAMs and SSMs. AG5 for the portside CIWS. AG6 for the starboard CIWS. AG8 to deactivate running lights.
