This is a hydroplane. A version of a high speed racing boat. The dangerous kind. It has pontoons, a keel and a rudder. (It also resembles the Russian Ekanoplan, These were aircraft/ ship hybrids from the Cold War. ) At about 50% power the hydroplane does more than 100 mph across the water, at 100% it exceeds 200 mph. LIke an air craft it needs a minimum speed to steer, but gets more sensitive at higher speeds. It shaves speed like a skier in the turns. It has a several cameras fore and aft and one mounted on a mast (Push VTOL to raise the mast.) It has air brakes (B) and a parachute for sudden stops. (Press 1). Maybe a challenge could be developed for high speed water craft.
