The design requirements for the Shiv were simple. Take existing technology off the rack and rapid prototype into production a modern multi-role fighter. The Blk II enhancement brings a new wing and fuselage tweaks to bring a softer flight envelope and better overall performance. All existing Shiv's are being upgraded to this standard.
