completely balanced 5 - 10 points
Speed
less than 200 mph 1 - 3
- around 300 mph 3 - 5
more than 400 5 - 10
Requirements!!!
Must be VTOL (-_- Duh)
- Must be somewhat balanced
not required but preferred if it was a prop VTOL
Bonus points
Prop engines +3
- VR +3
- No mods used (excluding fine tuner) what I mean by this is no editing the engines power or fuselages fuel storage for bonus points +5
