I started this a couple of months ago but gave up, you can improve and add stuff if you want @EternalDarkness
@destroyerP into a command vessel of a river flotilla at best. It's far too small for a frigate (typically 120-150m in length). In my opinion, it's a nice sightseeing river boat. It could, of course, use some more work.
