Turbo Lines flight 3856 was a flight that scheduled from Yeager Airport to Wright Airport, which is used by ZerkkAirbone ZA-100. The flight started to takeoff and climb up to 32000ft. When 3 hours later, the captain, Josh Aternisan, who was from Canada, saw the sign and it said "You can active 2 thrust reverses at high altitude". He confused how it accepted to active that. Then, co-pilot, Andy Scat (Andy Scatoparito), who also was from Canada said "How this is possible to do this". He checked the ZerkkAirborne menu and finding the tutorial "how to fix the sign that can activate thrust reverse". 10 hours later, captain and co-pilot are ready for the approaching and landing. When they approached the runway and ready for the landing, the thrust reverses deployed and started to dive. They got no time for this and they cant recovered from the diving and crashed into the ocean. The photo was taken by a fisherman who survived from this crash and all passenger and pilot killed.
