Many B-38s have been doing bombing raids over China and B-39C-25-COs have been deploying paratroops wearing T-60 power armor. The Chinese have been failing to fight against the strong U.S. Becuase of their advanced techology. Etc... The U.S. Noticed that no B-39s & B-39C-25-COs have been shot out of the skies yet so they made B-39s with only 2 gunners. (Also B-39C-25-COs are B-39s that don't carry bombs but they carry cargo and troops etc)
