Acts realy wierd on the ground, not sure why, but try to prevent it destroying itself amd wait for it to go off the cliff before pulling up. Best i find to launch of uss tiny, throtle to full and pull up, it will bounce off the water and then should fly. For some reason it requires inverted pitch controlls. Have fun!
