Focke-Wulf 190 A-8
Hi! This is the first decent looking plane I have made so far. I've even tried to put camo(but that failed, so I took it off)
It's pretty rough, 'cause I freakin suck at paneling. Also, I tried to make the wings look like they have an actual airfoil, but it went to crap, so it looks like this. Anyway. Lets move on
Features
- Realistic Guns, weight, speed(not sure of this), and maybe handling(really not sure about this)
- WEP(Thanks to SnoWFLakE0s)
- Droptank that can be removed before takeoff
- Detachable rocket pods(containing two 21 cm Wurfgranate 42)
- Cockpit that automatically closes before take off
- Custom landing gear(looks retarded though)
- Custom cockpit with working Altimeter, Airspeed Indicator, and Attitude Indicator(sorry it doesnt have the other three)
- Flaps which activate with Landing Gear
Controls
AG1: Drops the drop tank
AG2: Jettisons the rocket pods(does not launch the rockets so use either after you launched or if you dont want the extra weight)
AG3: Pushes away trolly(AG1 automatically does this when you drop the tank so only use this if you want to take off w/ the tank)
AG4: WEP. use only for a max of 10 minuites. If not, engine = DEAD(Also, thank again to @SnoWFLakE0s for helping me)
Speeds
750km/h : ...HOW???
652km/h : Max Speed(at 5km) and still, HOW?
300-400km/h: Great Speed(Now we're talking)
200-300km/h: Normal Speed(especially with full payload)
150-200km/h: Please tell me you're just taking off, right?
100-150km/h: Push nose DOWN
50-100km/h : Welp, U DED
Tips
Those rockets are really heavy
No prolonged turn fights
Boom n' Zoom
Take of speed with full payload is 280km/h
w/o payload, around 220km/h
w/ rockets only 260km/h
w/ drop tank only 250km/h
The 20mm cannoncs can sink the Tiny with a few hits
Edit: Almost forgot the short description
The Focke-Wulf Fw 190 Würger (English: Shrike) is a German single-seat, single-engine fighter aircraft designed by Kurt Tank in the late 1930s and widely used during World War II. Along with its well-known counterpart, the Messerschmitt Bf 109, the Fw 190 became the backbone of the Luftwaffe's Jagdwaffe (Fighter Force). The twin-row BMW 801 radial engine that powered most operational versions enabled the Fw 190 to lift larger loads than the Bf 109, allowing its use as a day fighter, fighter-bomber, ground-attack aircraft and, to a lesser degree, night fighter.

@Brencool35 HAHAHA really? Thanks! I don't think the paneling is good though, but I'm trying to practice
I just found this, how does this not have more upvotes?! this is so good looking imo and the paneling style is very charming.
It’s a good attempt, I’m terrible paneling myself so I don’t make cockpits lol@DarDragon
@ChisP Also, I was thinking of using a cannon for the rockets too(good thing i didnt go that way, it might have been too similar). I just adjusted the burnTime of the rockets
@ChisP Well, I didn't know you made one, and besides, its a d-9 while mine's an a-8. And yours is much cleaner looking and probably flies better lel
You posted this a day after mine check the weekly page red background 😒@DarDragon
Also, thanks @NativeChief1492 !
@ChisP Really what???
Bruh REALLY?!
Yes it was. But the plane looks great! @DarDragon
@NativeChief1492 Thanks!
Was it hard to fly with both drop tanks and rockets? Because it's supposed to(since they are quite heavy). But it is pretty wonky flying w/o them too sooo... That's why I mainly build tanks
Good visuals, was little hard to fly but other than that, nice work!
