This glider is truly amazing! It is based on a real-life LS-4. It has an amazing amount of detail, a retractable wheel with doors and is just really nice to fly.
In real life, this glider has a glide ratio of about 1:42, meaning it can fly 42 kilometres in the distance if your altitude is 1 kilometre. This replica has really good flight characteristics! The LS-4 was designed in 1983 by wolf Lemke. It became a very successful glider because it combines great performance with friendly flight characteristics. Nowadays it's still a very popular aircraft used by gliding clubs and private owners around the world. The LS-4 is one of our favourite aircraft because it flies so amazingly light and has great performance.

To control the airbrakes, use the throttle.

PS: After a bit of flying, I found out that it may be a bit better if you put 200LBS of dead weight in the frontest part... I believe it has even better flights then. Sorry!
