About the AF-55B
The AF-55B ‘Adelaide’ is the bomber variant of the Eastern Federation Navy AF-55, an airframe originally designed for maritime patrol. The original AF-55 went into service 1951, making the AF-55B the oldest aircraft flying in the Easter Federations line-up of aircraft. Due to its design from a bygone era, the ‘Adelaide’ is not an aircraft capable of outperforming any modern-day aircraft. The primary reason she’s still in service is simply the extremely low operating costs. Officially, the AF-55B is still designated as a bomber, however in practice these aircraft primarily are used to tactically airdrop small equipment (such as small watercraft). Even though this aircraft belongs to the navy, it is incapable of carrier operation; it needs a paved runway.
Note
There are some issues I have been unable to / unwilling to fix:
1. The landing gear shakes when you land after dropping any of the bombs.
2. The menu / left screen in the (pilot) cockpit isn't set up entirely correctly. Nothing is missing, but I forgot to take out some filler information.
3. The navigator seat really isn't that great; I remade the pilot controls, but I didn't feel like also redoing the navigator seat.
4. Also, there is no trim...
