Auto Credit Based on Pilotmario's Pummeler A-1E Attack
Controls same as virtually every Pummeler variant. (1-6) drops underwing stores. An upgraded Pummeler A-1E. To improve maneuverability, the airframe was rebalanced by using lighter titanium armor and the installation of a 250lb iron balance in the tail as well as enlarging the elevator. To increase performance, the larger M4 propeller was fitted. The M9 guns were upgraded to the M9A1 standard, featuring a doubled rate of fire while retaining the same power. The provision for wingtip-mounted Inferno or Guardian missiles were added. Such upgrades are designed to improve the combat abilities of the ever-reliable Pummeler.

@SimpleTechAndResearch Probably the Bravo Pummeler. That variant served the longest of any variant. They served alongside the Delta Pummelers, which were introduced at a later date, and both were ultimately replaced by the Echo, Foxtrot, and Golf Pummelers.
It was among the most enduring design, and it always amazed me when I fire all eight .50 caliber guns.

The Pummeler also conducts night raids. Because it doesn't matter who you are and what you believe in, we all need a good night's rest. And this thing tends to disturb it with 100lb bombs.
It will make lots of noise. Perhaps not as much damage, maybe a single building at most, but the aim of the bomb was not to blow something up. It was to disrupt the sleeping patterns, to keep the men up. For every night, they live in fear that a bomb will come out of nowhere and strike the house.
Also it's a great troop strafer.
