Hi ! It's been a while !

Today i will present you my latest fighter : the Khester KNK-47 ! It is a single-seat, turbo-prop fighter, that is somwhat of a successor to the KNK-44 (M.1937), which i thought was to thin and skinny. Soo yeah, let's talk about this aircraft shall we ?

To make this aircraft i took inspiraition, from 1930's and 1940's planes, particularly the P-40, the Wyvern and also some fictional Dieselpunk designs. I really liked the turbo-prop engine, and decided to abandon the idae of two engines at both ends of the fuselage, which i considered to complicated and to redundant to the KNK-44. For the armement, i decided to go with one canon and four machine-guns, hat would allow the aircraft to be very dangerous against both fighters and bombers alike. Each engine is powered by 8000hp, and it allows this fighter to have a max speed of 580-660 km/h.

• This plane is very agile, perhaps a little too much sometimes, which can cause it to loose control, especially in high altitude.
• I added a Bullet ejection system to make it look a bit more realistic : under the fuselage, and the wings.
• The machine-guns can cause actual damage to the enemy ships, so go out there and obliterate them will ya ?
• the weird logo on the left side of the fuselage is a squadron symbol, the number on the right is the manufacturing number.

The Khester KNK-47 was a World War II era fighter aircraft produced by the Ateronian Republic from 1941 through 1945. Its primary armament was four 7.7 machine guns, aswell as a 20mm canon in the nose and in the fighter-bomber ground-attack role it could carry five-inch rockets or a bomb load of 1,500 pounds . When fully loaded the KNK-47 weighed up to five tons making it the heaviest ateronian fighter. The KNK-47 was designed around a very powerful turbo-prop engine which was also used by it's predecessor. This fighter was effective as a short-to-medium range escort fighter in high-altitude air-to-air combat and ground attack in almost every theater it was sent to.
