In 1971, the first war for the islands ended, in which Snowstone was defeated and was forced to sign an unfavorable peace treaty. Revenge was impossible due to Snowstone's lack of strategic offensive weapons that were invulnerable to Wright's defenses. To solve this problem, the Snowstone government ordered the Aoishi Corporation to develop a new long-range bomber capable of reaching speeds of more than 3,600 km/h at an altitude of 20-25 km. In 1973, Aoishi presented the 6B Arrow aircraft design. The bomber was made in an original aerodynamic design and embodied almost all the latest achievements at that time in aerodynamics, computer engineering, engine building and many other industries. The Snowstone government has approved the project. In 1976, the first prototype was assembled, and on February 23, 1977, it took off. The expected flight characteristics were fully confirmed. The aircraft's speed was limited only by the heating of its titanium fuselage. The hundred-ton bomber easily accelerated to 4,000 km/h with a full combat load of 13,000 kg. The government ordered a series of 12 aircraft, of which only two were built. After the 1980 elections, anti-war forces came to power in Snowstone and the Arrow program was cancelled. 10 aircraft in varying degrees of completion were cut into scrap metal, and two already completed were transferred to the Snowstone Long-Range Aviation Strategic Command. They were named The Vengeful First and The Ominous Second. The new government's anti-war politics came at a cost to Snowstone. In 1986, Wright attacked and sank the Snowstone's merchant ships. Thus began the Second Island War. And in this war, the only Snowstone units capable of attacking Wright targets covered by air defense were The Vengeful First and The Ominous Second. Capable of launching 10 long-range cruise missiles each, beyond the reach of air defenses and fighters, they became a nightmare for Wright's forces, securing Snowstone's victory. The Vengeful First remained in strategic air service until 2014, when it was transferred to the Snowstone Aviation Museum and is now a monument. The Ominous Second did not have such a good fate. At the very end of the Second Island War, he was to destroy the last Wright's nuclear-powered aircraft carrier, WR Beast, which was protected by coastal and carrier strike group air defenses. While breaking through these defenses, The Ominous Second was seriously damaged by a nearby explosion, but continued on its mission. WR Beast received 8 direct hits from cruise missiles and sank, but The Ominous Second was hit and could no longer return home. The crew of the commander, Major Billiam Wurnham, and the co-pilot, Captain Gandrew Arrison, directed the falling aircraft to Wright Port. The crashed bomber caused severe damage to the port, nearly stopping its operations for three days, which greatly assisted Snowstone's fleet in the closing stages of the war.
