The original Me-163 was an Alexander Lippisch project born from... a glider! :) the about 300 builted was really ineffective and much more dangerous for the pilots than enemies. The Komets destroied only 9 enemy bombers. Fastest plane in WWII (700 mph) was limited at 8 minutes of fuel and really hard to land safely.

My Me-163 have some limits like the original one, and some difference. The fuel it's really few. 8 minutes in SImpleplanes are quite a good fly time, so I limited it a bit more. My replica it's way faster than original one (1000 mph instead 700, so it's supersonic), so it's really funny to fly. The higgest speed is inaccurate, but in SimplePlanes a lot of prop planes flies over 740 mph. This must be faster than all props. The "dolly" it's unaccurate (way to much forward) but it's needed for a safe take off. The guns are nicely accurate replica, but... they shot big, powerfull slow bullets at low rate. It's hard to hit something. The landing skid ... is not present. I was unable to do something that can resist to a land without explode. There is a red light that simulate engine's flames. It light up when you give thrust up.

Take off it's easy. Simply thrust up, and only use a little bit of caution when detach dolly to avoid it hit your plane and to control the little nose up movement.

Land on grass, or you will flip on your back, explode and die. Excactly like original one! :D
