The Eagle II Class Fighter-Interceptor is a Generation 2 Fighter Interceptor developed by Silver Wing industries for the Knights: Black Eagle to help their liege-lord the Empire with its Rebellion. The Honourable Wing corps (The Black Eagle's Airforce) wanted a cost effective aircraft that can carry enough missiles to send the enemy awry, while also being hard to hit and maneuverable. Thus birthed the Eagle II, the Successor to the Black eagle's Eagle I, an outdated Turn fighter from the early days of Aviation. Only reason why they stuck with it for so long is because the Knights of the Wing (What their pilots are called) are considered the best under the Dragon's gaze (the sun). After the Rebellion, technology within the empire has advanced considerably, as a response to deal with the numerical superiority of the Rebellion. With that, the Eagle II was quickly considered Obsolete. Its unique "stick" like design allows for perfect visibility for the pilot (who must lie down) and also makes landing easier as the pilot can see the ground. Its armaments consists of 2 Type 1-A miniguns, 6 type 5 Wing guns and a varied selection of missiles.
