M.39 libellula.

In 1941, the Miles Aircraft Company in Britain decided to investigate the use of tandem wings to overcome problems with visibility in naval fighters. The end product was the M.35, which was otherwise known as the Dragonfly. It was going to be a fighter for the fleet air arm, however it was cancelled. The aircraft became the M.39 Libellula, a 5:8 scale prototype of a high speed bomber. Unfortunately, this design was also cancelled quickly. It was not needed at the time, due to the presence of simlar aircraft already in service. 1,2 start the engines, it is a bit under powered but flies nicely once in the air. have fun!
