This purple tip dragonfly is the last of it's kind... Or the first? We don't even know where they came from. We don't even know if it's the male or female if it even is either of those. What's facinating, is the fact that for the whole month we've had it in a controlled environment, we haven't seen it eat anything. We tried to feed it live animals and dead carcasses, but it seems to ignore everything. Is it even alive? Well, it must be. And it's growth rate is incredible! It's length was 12 cm when we first captured it. Now it has grown to be 2 meters! Though we have some problems. It seems to have developed an an extremely corrosive acid gland that have been dripping every now and then. The acid seems to be eating tiny holes the ground. We've tried collecting it to examine it in our lab but it's even eating holes in our glass containers. It has a dark green color and looks quite viscous. One of our scientists reported a strong cinnamon smell cinnamon coming from it's enclosure. This worries us. The one who reported said cinnamon smell started to act strangely. Could it be the acid vapours that smell like cinnamon? He felt sick and took a day off. Said he had a hard time breathing and felt weak. We haven't heard of him since. And the beast seems to like to stay in a pond inside the enclosure most of the time. Also seems to have started acting violently biting down trees. And there also seems to be a huge hole half way through the farthest concrete wall near the pond. It also sounds oddly mechanical for some reason even though it seemed completely organic when we first captivated it... end of notes this was written by a very unorganized scientist who didn't take the time to make this note look like a diary, and also didn't want to rewrite it because he was too lazy (Controls: VTOL up to flap away.
