Bloodhound SSC
Made improvements from the last model. I added a union jack, made wheel arches smoother, and a ton of other stuff. Can reach up to 700 mph at the end of the runway at Murphy Airport. Tap 1 on control panel to activate lower jet engine.
The Bloodhound SSC is a land speed record car aiming to beat the 762 mph record on land from the Thrust SSC. Armed with two thrust powered engines and a gasoline powered V8 engine by Jaguar, it is planned to run sometime in 2016 in South Africa, with Andy Green taking the driver's seat. The jet engine comes from the Eurofighter Typhoon fighter jet, and the rocket used in the Bloodhound would normally propel small satellites into space. Back then, they proposed using a Cosworth engine from an F1, but then scaled back to using a Jaguar V8. In this car, the V8 would be used to power the flow of hydrogen peroxide into the rocket, since the peroxide powers the rocket in the first place. Unlike a standard everyday car, the wheels are made from titanium, since the car is going at such high speeds. To make sure, engineers put it through a 10,000 RPM test, in which it survived. The final car would be 11.5 feet long, and weigh about 17,500 lbs.
