@Austinowen I know this sounds malicious, but I am genuinely pleased that someone else knows the suffering that working with wings like these causes. As you say its so rewarding when you get it right as they can be SOOOoooo effective, and offer so much control, but they tend to be very unforgiving under very small tolerances, so you really have to work hard on making them just right, there is always a compromise somewhere. keep at it buddy! your doing a great job......also... make more planes so I can get you up here with me :)

That plane was a b***h to get flying fly level, but like you said I literally changed the plane 4 times. It originally had 6 engines and was a single body, but that didn't give it enough speed, so I made a double sided one with 3 engines each but because of that I had to much weight in the back making it lean up. But don't even get me started on the wings. Those took like 3-4 hours and have way through my mirroring start flit hung out so it was a really challeng. I've always seen how you use to huge control surface and I've seen how effective they actually are, so your the reason I use big control surfaces & sharp wings. Really you've been my inspiration! @Hypnotoad!

@Austinowen LOL, dude, you and I are the same, I learn a lot from you, infact I was so amazed when I downloaded Vos Periturus that I actually stopped and took it all appart piece by piece, checked every wing surface and dhiedral, I even put it back together with slight variants just to see what difference that made. I then understood you and I work in a similar way. You clearly hadn't just whacked it together in 5 minutes, you took your time, played, experimented, learned, just as I do, needless to say my adjustments ruined it completely, so I knew that you had done the same, and had been thorough with it. again dude, I have a lot to thank you for. you take care of yourself dude, have a good one, and I think I really will pass you the keys one of these days, knowing they are in safe hands.... but as you say, not any time really soon, I, like you, and everyone else on here, haven't even scratched the surface of this thing yet mate, there is a lot of amazing stuff to learn yet.

Hey @Hypnotoad your the one who inspires people to make their plane the way they do & how they treat people because you are the nicest and most forward going person on this site! Seriously though, you deserve to be where you are because you've made amazing planes, so your definitely worthy of being #1! I would be honored to take the keys when you retire.....but let's hope that doesn't happen anytime soon cause I still got a lot to learn!

@Austinowen dude. I have no real way of thanking you for what you did for me, it goes without saying I have now put that right. Thank you so much buddy. I cant express how feel so unworthy I am to be where I am, but I take it knowing I am there because of people like you. If I'm honest, I take a lot of inspiration from you, I thank you. If i ever retire from SP, I will hand you my keys...... :)
