Diamond D Jet (Regional Aircraft Challenge)
DIAMOND-D JET
A small civillian passenger jet with a capacity of 5 passengers. It is to be used by a few airlines, including Air Canada. Its aerodynamic design allows it to reach high speeds, and cruise at high altitudes. Though still in testing, a prototype has been made and sales confirmed.
FLIGHT CONTROLS
Normal Flight Controls
VTOL down - Flaps
VTOL up - Open passenger door
Landing Gear - Landing Gear
CREATOR'S NOTE
I encountered a lot of problems of space, so the cockpit is very cramped and basic. Working with the fuselage for this aircraft was also horrible and difficult because I wanted to include glass windows (Dont try, unless you have many hours straight spare), as well as a full passenger interior. The result it this: A realistic Diamond D jet, with a full passenger interior, glass windows - and the compromise is a cramped cockpit. I hope you like it.

Wow! Thanks everyone, this is fast turning into my most upvoted build!
@windshifter1 I'm... not too sure about that
@RepublicOfCursedPlanes Wow, thanks! Ill try that for my next creation. A question, I noticed something, is it a glitch that if you have two glass fuselages, the less opaque one will override the other? It happened when I looked through a HUD behind custom cockpit glass.
@windshifter1 a tip for making good hollow windows without having to go through all this trouble:
1. take a hollow fuselage piece, and set thickness to 100%. (set the shape to “Curved” to get optimal results, and adjust the size of the window first)
2. Use the “Advanced Fill” (under the bit with “Vertical Fill”) to cut the edges off the fuselage piece.
3. After cutting, you should end up with a square piece that has a circular hole. Voila, a window has been made, and even better, you can connect these window pieces to each other, saving lots of work!
@windshifter1
Forgot to say, it is pretty sweet
