There exists the need to be more capable than other nations when it comes to aerial superiority, And thus, the Sokol was made.

The Sh-57 Sokol is a Ruskovian heavy, twin engine, single seat, multirole fifth gen fighter in service of the RuAF. First introduced in the year 200X, it is the fruition of years of research and development under "Project Spectre" which aimed to produce a heavy stealth fighter capable of carrying large amount of armaments while remaining fully stealthed.

The Sokol was made with stealth and firepower in mind. To accomplish this, various stealth technology were applied on the aircraft. A deep S-duct intake with serrated inlet, RAM paints, etc. made the Sh-57 has such minuscule radar cross section even with its large size. Moreover, the airframe was made so that it left space for upgrades, making it that the aircraft can be outfitted with more sophisticated equipment in the future.

However, stealth isn't the only aspect the Sokol excels at. The Sh-57 is equipped with the latest battlespace and datalink system Ruskovia developed, allowing a comprehensive view of the battlefield and ensuring the pilots and allied units the upper hand on battle management and decision-making.
