When the WD-400 was in it's early development stages, a rival company, Vulcan, stole the plans and developed a plane very closely related to the WD-400 to suit their own needs. The I-15 was born to replace the I-14. However, the Vulcan I-15 did not live up to its required standards, so naturally, Vulcan decided to do something stupid with it: Replace the turboprop with 3 rockets. Because why not? CREDIT TO Kimcotupan15 FOR THE ROCKET/SMOKE PODS!
To fly:
1: Activate flaps (Use VTOL)
2: Lights
3: Parachute
4: Rocket ignition
Enjoy!
