After the dismission of the C1100(7th of October 2031)The European and American army's needed a valuable yet small Reconnaissance and command post.
After a few years of evaluation, EU.M.A.CO came up with an RCCPAV( Remote Controlled Command Post Aerial Vehicle)

It was the first of its kind, followed by other 2 RCCPAV made by Counvas.

It was controlled by a remote station by using a new technology built by the European Technology University (ETU) called:Curving Radar.
It worked by sending Radar waves to the plane when it was still over the horizon (so reachable by normal radars) and then, when it was under the curvature of the Earth,
The Station sent waves to the Upper atmosphere, they ricocheted and landed on the RCCPAV. With this technology The RCCPAV could have an astonishing range, from 4000 km with min fuel, to 7641 km with max fuel.
It flew higher than his enemies, so it was practically impossible to shoot down.

Although i said it wasn't impossible to shoot it down, it was vulnerable when it was not used, in land. Of the 7921 RCCPAV 17 built, 894 were destroyed by Ground attacks in the Congo war. (ill add lore later on my bio)

It was armed with 2 air to air missiles, and a 20mm minigun
