F-10b ((English: the j-10b or F-10B, NATO codename: Firebird, Firebird), is China's third generation fighter - 10 improved fighter for the single seat, single, multipurpose, equipped with advanced airborne equipment (active phased array radar) of the advanced fighters.The -10B modified airframe and avionics. In May 2004, the Chengdu Aircraft Corporation (CAC) of the Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC) began development of the J-10 fighter variant.
