Even faster version of the p15. Based on a pinewood derby car. I was able to achieve a speed of 2746mph. If group 8 automatically activates then it will automatically detach and then obviously speed. Throttle is thrust and roll is (very bad) turning. Oh and there is a brake light and the taillights and headlights are AG1

Detacher itself points up, so it can't act like a thruster.
But jet need some time to raise it's power, something like FT smooth function, and maybe it just doesn't have time to raise power during acceleration.
@11qazxc yeah for some reason it dramatically increases speed when using detatchers. No the jets power is unmodded as that was a rule (I think)
Also, according to info on this page it's maximum acceleration is under 3.6 m/s/s.
So, you're using heavy detachers to stop it while jet accelerating to it's max power?
Or did you used jet's power multiplier?
@11qazxc yeah I did dragScale = 0 except for wheels
It looks strange that it have only 72 drag points without tail fairing.
Did you edited dragScale or calculateDrag?
