Wikipedia (german version translated into english):
The disappearance and most likely crash of a Trislander with the aircraft registration number N650LP near the Bermuda Triangle on December 15, 2008 is partly unexplained. The pilot did not have a valid flying license, appeared as a prospective buyer of the aircraft and brought it in on the occasion of a planned test flight Dominican Republic itself. He then flew towards the Bahamas with 11 passengers he had brought with him. Approximately 35 minutes after takeoff, an emergency call was received and the aircraft disappeared from the radar screen.
