This is the Prizma Nebula. A box of misery from the 90’s. It was so basic, it only came in 1 trim level. Nobody knew the top speed because the lazy as freak 1.5 liter 3 cylinder engine was so slow, the test driver fell asleep at the wheel. It looked horrible and drove horrible and was possible to flip over if you did an evasive manuver
