Introducing the Scout Moray!
It’s pretty much a mix between a Beech Bonanza and a Grumman Goose. It’s an amphibious flying boat with a high cargo capacity made for he Civilian market and backcountry businesses as kind of passenger/cargo planes.
There were a few things I wanted to make:
- A non-STOL plane
- A plane with tricycle landing gear
- An amphibian
- A twin engine plane
And then I thought: “Why not just do all that in one plane?” So yeah that is how this was born.
Controls
- Act 1: Engine 1 and Wolf/Bacon G1000 activate (Credit to MrSilverWolf for instaling them!
- Act 2: Engine 2 (The engines are set to different activators so that it's easier to taxi around in the water)
- Act 3: Landing Light
- Act 4: Raise/lower pontoons
- Act 5: Reverse thrust
- Act 6: Open door
- VTOL down: Flaps
- Landing Gear: Raise/lower gear
Minor flight instructions:
- Take off speed is about 85mph.
- Landing speed is about 75mph.
- Don't land on the water with your gear down ;)
- Alternate between engine 1 and 2 and use yaw to turn on the water.
Also peeps this is probably one of the most realistic, if not, the most realistic flying plane I have ever built! It's fantastic! I love it so much!

Enjoy!

Should i make that cocpit VR?
Oh well. Thanks for your help anyway :P @jamesPLANESii
Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. And whether it works or not seems completely random. I had loads of issues with it while building this. It’s annoying. @CRJ900Pilot
How did you get the nose to be transparent? I subbed the sphere and transferred it to another build, but it just looks like a regular part, even in the level. @jamesPLANESii
Lol thanks! @ShootsPlanes
Tbh if this plane is real i would like to buy it (if i have the money)
Yeah it’s my design lol @Viper3000ad
Oh I missed that ! Very realistic, also seems unique. What model is that? Is it yours ?
Thanks @TheSwissPilot
...amazing...
No problem!
Ye thanks :) @lambodude
Absolute best plane I’ve flown.
Thanks! @Cegangae
My phone may be a potato but it is a beauty and when I get a new phone/PC I will definetly keep it as one of my favorites!
The size and role (ish) lol. @Chancey21
Question: how is this at all like a Bonanza?
Oh ok lol. @GT3TobyRS
@jamesPLANESii I am not going to buy SR2. I'm focusing my energy on my (finally) successful YouTube channel, and I've lost interest in these games
@Chancey21 Yeah. :/
So underrated
Also I th8nk you forgot to upvote lol. @Meh18
Thanks @Meh18
Wow @jamesPLANESii
@GT3TobyRS Have you come for SR2?
